These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cove CRM platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
You agree to use Cove CRM lawfully and in compliance with all marketing, privacy, and telecommunication laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and A2P 10DLC regulations.
By entering your number or email, you consent to be contacted via SMS, phone, and email. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or using unsubscribe links.
CoveCRM provides tools for calling, SMS, email, appointment booking, automation, call recording, transcription, and AI-assisted communication workflows. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of these tools complies with all applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, platform policies, and industry rules, including call-recording consent laws, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, A2P 10DLC rules, SMS opt-in and opt-out requirements, privacy laws, insurance marketing rules, and any other laws that apply to your business or contacts.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required consent before calling, texting, emailing, recording, transcribing, uploading, importing, or otherwise processing lead or customer information through CoveCRM. CoveCRM provides software tools and does not provide legal advice.
CoveCRM may provide AI-assisted features, including AI-generated summaries, recommendations, call coaching, draft messages, automated responses, call overviews, lead insights, and virtual assistant or AI dialer outputs. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or inappropriate for a particular situation.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it, sending it, using it in a customer interaction, or making business, compliance, legal, sales, or insurance-related decisions based on it. AI features are provided to assist your workflow and do not replace your professional judgment or legal compliance obligations.
You are solely responsible for obtaining all consent required by applicable law before using CoveCRM for calls, SMS, email, artificial voice, prerecorded voice, AI-assisted communications, automated communications, or similar outreach. CoveCRM and Vault Commerce Group LLC do not obtain consent on your behalf and do not independently verify whether you have obtained consent from any lead, customer, prospect, or recipient.
You represent and warrant that your use of CoveCRM, including any AI-assisted calling, artificial voice, prerecorded voice, automated calling, SMS, email, or similar outreach, complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Telemarketing Sales Rule, FCC rules, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing laws, insurance marketing rules, privacy laws, and all other applicable laws, rules, regulations, and industry requirements. You must not use AI calling unless you have obtained all consent required by applicable law for AI-assisted, artificial voice, prerecorded voice, automated, or similar communications.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CoveCRM, Vault Commerce Group LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, fines, penalties, fees, costs, attorney fees, liabilities, or expenses arising from or related to your outreach, consent failures, unlawful calling, unlawful messaging, AI calling misuse, or violation of applicable law.
You are responsible for securing your account. Do not share credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating platform terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize CoveCRM and its payment processors to charge the payment method on file for recurring subscription fees, applicable usage-based charges, add-ons, taxes, and other fees associated with your account.
Some features, including AI, calling, messaging, or usage-based services, may incur additional charges based on your plan or actual usage. Taxes may be added where required. If payment fails, we may retry the payment method, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate the account. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges or partially used billing periods unless required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.
We may terminate access for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or illegal activity. You may cancel your subscription anytime.
CoveCRM and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the CoveCRM platform, software, design, technology, documentation, trademarks, service marks, logos, templates, workflows, and related materials, excluding Customer Data. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
As between you and CoveCRM, you retain ownership of the leads, contacts, messages, call content, recordings, notes, files, business information, and other data that you submit to or process through the platform.
You grant CoveCRM a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, display, reproduce, analyze, and use Customer Data solely as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the CoveCRM services, fulfill your instructions, process communications, provide integrations, generate requested reports or AI-assisted outputs, and comply with applicable law.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to submit Customer Data to CoveCRM and to allow CoveCRM to process it as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Cove CRM is not responsible for lost data, leads, or income due to misuse or technical failure.
